I went for my 2 hours(actually 90 minutes) of exercise today, and I just don't feel like it was enough. I wanted to do more, but I had things to do today so I couldn't stay longer. I actually did 2 hours yesterday and I'm still sore from it. I plan on doing another 30 minutes,at least, tonight because I just don't feel like I'm doing enough! I don't feel like my body is changing enough. I still have my pouch, I still have my thighs, and the weight isn't really coming off like it should. I know it's only been a couple of weeks,and nothing will happen over night, but dammit I want some results. I trying to watch my eating habits, and it's getting to the point where I'm afraid to eat some things which isn't good.
